About Me

I'm a mid twenties male who lives in the north eastern United States. I started playing RPGs in high school in a Mage game run by a friend of a friend.

Since then, I've mostly played Dungeons and Dragons. During high school, I participated in a weekly DnD game with several of my friends and ran a Werewolf game for a while.

After high school, I lost touch with many of my gaming buddies and didn't play much. However, I discovered a cool local gaming store, The Secret Hideout, and have been in various games off and on ever since. (I even managed to reconnect with some of my high school buddies there.)

After resuming gaming, I rediscovered OotS and the greatest d20 gaming forum on the web, the Giant in the Playground Forums. Once there, I found the Tears of Blood community world building project, which I had heard about when it first started (years before), but had heretofore not gotten involved in.

In preparation for an entry in the montly GitP forums homebrew d20 design contest, I began to read a lot of the ToB content. After the contest ended, I continued my involvement with the project. (Which was the goal of making the contest ToB themed. I guess it worked.) So that's how I got here.

In addition to role playing games, I enjoy other geek activites such as Magic: the Gathering, Hordes, wargaming, writing computer programs, developing web pages, reading anime, etc.
