  1. Set up title banner.
  2. Add background.
  3. Change sidebar to a loose bookmark (perhaps?).
  4. Change view tabs to bookmarks.
  5. Alter heading styles.
  6. Add stylistic underline to titles.
  7. Alter footer.
  8. Do a sample text page with images, tables and so on.
