The initial objective of this website is to enable playing members of Thames Ditton Lawn Tennis Club to reserve courts for matches, tournaments etc.


How to use this site

One-time set-up

If you wish to use this system to reserve courts, you must first record your contact details on the Contacts page.

Each time you want to reserve a court

  1. Go to the Court Bookings page.
  2. Select the week of interest and click on that.
  3. Once you have identified a free court for the day and time you require, you'll need to edit the page.
    1. Do this by clicking on the 'Edit' tab at the top of the page.
    2. Select the court you require.
    3. Key in the start-time and end-time of the period you require, add your name (or initials).
    4. Press the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page.
    5. Check that the resulting text is correct. If not, go back to 'Edit' and make your corrections.

When you're thinking about coming to the club at the weekend for Social Play

  1. Go to the Social Play page.
  2. Choose the day -- Saturday or Sunday (or both) -- you could come.
  3. Decide whether you strongly intend to come, or are thinking about coming.
  4. Key in your name in the correct category, by editing the page.
