Clad in lemon-lime skin, a rictus grin and the world's largest feather boa, The Creeper is but one of Steve Ditko's many fever dreams. A resident of Gotham City with the secret identity of Jack Ryder, The Creeper spends his time prancing around half-naked, giving Batman a headache and giggling like a stoner watching YouTube.
In his DCAU appearance Beware The Creeper, he not only got an origin story that made sense, but also helped introduce the world to Thriftie (at Ditko's Vintage Clothing, no less). Knows bug guys are cool.
