as found in the De Stijl liner notes

The Triple Tremolo is a mysterious, seldom-seen speaker cabinet designed and constructed by Jack White, and wired by Johnny Walker. It has three Leslie-type revolving speakers, and the peppermint in the "viewing window" is mounted on a speaker that revolves at slow and fast speeds. It is believed that the Triple Tremolo was assembled from various parts Jack found while garbage picking in Detroit.

The Triple Tremolo has rarely ever been seen or used, and its current whereabouts are unknown, but it appeared with an explanation in the liner notes for De Stijl (as seen above), and later appeared in action on The Late Show with David Letterman.
