Rasputin (aka Priscilla Baxter) was an NKVD agent. One of the most powerful espers ever produced by Soviet research (whether found and developed or created is not known), she infiltrated The Agency during World War II, killing The Official and drawing out one of its senior Agents, Nate Reynolds.
