Tim Drake's father. Their first meeting was never shown on panel, though by Robin #101, Stephanie appeared to have already met him. She was unimpressed, to say the least, with the severe depression he had slipped into after the Drake's last most of their money. She interacted with him again at Tim's birthday party in #116, after he's gotten over his depression
