The leader of a gang working with the Cluemaster who kidnapped Stephanie is Robin #15 with Arthur's consent. Tim rescued Stephanie, and later when they went after Gully, he shot Tim (who was only a little hurt as a result, thank to his kevlar costume) Stephanie knocked Gully out by hitting him in the head with a diamond.
