Sparky is a handsome young man, in a disheveled sort of way. He seldom takes much care of his appearance, but his natural good looks cover for that a bit. He has a sweet, young looking face, blue eyes and brown hair that is never styled quite the same as he's stopped trying to do anything with it. His clothes usually consist of peasants clothing with a white overcoat and slippers. His constant companion is a backpack and satchel with spare parts, tools and scroll upon scroll of his carefully designed plans, not that many people other than him can read them.
