Excel is a strange organization seemingly funded by a mysterious corporate or government entity known as "DaeZig". Excel's stated mission is to minimize tape casualties and prevent the curse from spreading. The group possesses advanced technology and several large derrigibles. It originally appeared as a violent and unpredictable militia. The command structure has been unstable in the past. A rouge faction of the organization calling itself the "Ziggist Order Party" exterminated several RINGS, bombed the Tape Busters Manhattan H.Q., and murdered countless other individuals.
Most recently, Excel has carried out a series of abductions. These abductions seem rather benign compared to other Excel activities in that none of the abductees have been killed or injured by the organization.
Excel members can be detected by the rank bars on their board signatures.
Excel Special Forces Unit 124
"Unit 124" is by far the most powerful of the Excel "groups". It appears to be benign, or at least nonhostile in nature. Thus far, it is the only detachment of Excel that has not killed any board members. Infact, it rescued "Keyana" and "Joelle" from the Ziggist Order Party. It is responsible for the recent abductions.

Ziggist Order Party
This group is responsible for the mass murders and bombings. It is hostile and known to kill for little or no reason, or for completely irrational and unrealistic reasons. It is a break-away organization made up of members from Excel and other mook organizations. Originally led by Agent Zarma, the group was taken over by Kaitlin shortly after his death. Recently, Swagger overthrew Kaitlin. The current whereabouts of the group are unknown. It is possible that it was disbanded or destroyed by Unit 124.
