Light, known as oxoLightoxo, was a member on RINGS: Communities. His true name is unknown.
Past
Light has shown no past relations to anyone but Dark, seemly her past boyfriend of sorts. He also claims to have started The Hooded.
RINGS activity
When he first came, he threatened members and has tried to murder some, succeeding. He has died, but The Hooded have revived him 3 times before he stayed dead.
Light usually picks on Neo-X, IMing him over AIM with threats and what he's doing; usually eating a body or slaughtering a child. He lets them talk to Neo-X for a small time before killing them, as seen with Amaterasu.
He has currently teamed up with Hermes.
