Excel is a mysterious organization responsible for the extermination of several RINGS, the Tape Busters Manhattan bombing, the murder of several board members, and the abduction of several more.
The organization has recently pledged to stop killing, but past statements have proven Excel hard to trust. At this point, it seems that there is more than one "Excel" unit.
Excel members can be detected by the rank bars on their board signatures.
Group One
This group is responsible for the mass murders and bombings. It is hostile and known to kill for little or no reason, or for completely irrational and unrealistic reasons.

This group is responsible for the abductions of "Dark" and "Joelle". It appears to be benign, or at least nonhostile in nature.
