Static, real name unknown, is the new chairman of the Ambrosius Initiative. He follows Ambrose's custom of using the Initiative's seal of a stylized crow as an avatar.

First Appearance

He made his presence known in the midst of Special Agent Hunter Smith's post on Interpol and the Governments' move. Met with suspicion by his statement he was the new head of The Initiative, he explained the Initiative's original purpose, and his goals of revamping it back to that. He also handed over all actives on the premises to Interpol.
