Yao Shaoqing us either the elusive Taiwanese wellwraith or a figment of the imagination. The one piece of information on her is the images of her tape.

A piece of paper, with the chinese character shao (from the name Shaoqing). 10. A porcelain doll. 11. The well (a square, stone well). 12. The outro. "You, who have seen these images, you are going to die in one week, at this same time. If you do not wish to die, do, as you'll be told to do from this point on. That is-" The tape ends.
Her true existence is currently disputed.
