Neo-X was once a member of RINGS Communities. He was a 14 year old boy, with (natural) light blue hair, and a slim build. He ranged from somewhat shy and quiet, to loud and overzealous at times. He, along with Largo West, founded the Tape Busters, a group whose goals were to destroy the cursed tapes. He is survived by his older sister, Athina, along with his mother, father, and older brother. His funeral service was held on November 17th, 2007.
