The Hooded were a cult dedicated to worshiping many Gods and Goddesses, the most powerful being Dark and Light.

Origins
Their origins are unknown, but Light claims he had started it.
Powers
The Hooded are -kinesis users, usually ranging to very weak users to very powerful users. They also seem to have some Nensha users, being able to make their own Super.
Leaders
The leader as of now is named Izanami. The past important leaders had been Light and Lilli; all others had made little to no impact on RINGS Communities.
PROJECTs
The Hooded have seen to have experimented on people, calling them PROJECTS; the opposing group YAMI is seemly made of these PROJECTS.
Names
The group seemly gives new names to their operatives. Dark and Light are good examples, because they have revealed they have true names.
