Mook Troubles
In the past, Gigi had problems with mooks who had approached her demanding that she cease communicating at the boards and, later, that she divulge any and all information she had on other members. In particular, she was often approached by Agent Johnston, a particularly aggressive mook.
Early 2007 Capture
Gigi disappeared from the boards at the end of 2006/the beginning of 2007 with no explanation. By early May 2007, the other users came to the conclusion that she was probably dead, but there was no confirmation. In late May, a user named Somora joined the boards and posted called "R.I.P. gigi!", detailing that she had seen Gigi at a party "dead on the floor with a knife in her chest and a note in her hand for her loved one". Most users accepted this, but some correctly surmised that something was amiss.
On June 16, 2007 Gigi returned, confused as to why someone had said she had killed herself. She revealed that she had in fact been in the custody of mooks during her absence. She went on to explain she was kept in a small room most of the time and that she was interrogated often. Also, she complained that many physical samples were taken from her for unknown reasons, such as blood, hair, and cheek scraping samples. She was then set free at her home about a week prior to her return to the boards.
