My advice is get some employees and make them sell the food (N.B. not everyone can be trusted). Make enough food to last 2 days (48 hours) of selling. Then one day help at the restaraunt and the other to make more food! Also make a menu with the prices on (email it to employees or tell them to write it down) Pay your employees once every 2 day 10% of what they sold (i.e. they sell 200gp of food in 2 days, you give them 20gp (don't pay them unless you get the money they made you first))
