Sunnydale force substitutions

Sunnydale Force substitutions are threads that, rather than just substituting the Scoobies for another group, drop a character or group into Sunnydale and see how well they deal with the situation.

Typically, the character(s) in question are far more powerful/skilled than the Scoobies, sometimes unfairly so. The typical first response ends with a variation of the phrase "The Hellmouth is closed, locked, and barred from the inside", indicating that the demons would rather seal the hellmouth under Sunnydale High off rather than have to deal with the character or group.

The first person used in these threads was Gandalf the White.
