Here are some of the error messages I am getting which are making editthis unusable:

• You can only submit one page with a link in it per 20 minute period. URL was http://110mb.grd.net.pl/disk-space/

Even though I have done no submissions for hours. Even previewing edits seems to bring up this block. This is, of course, the killer, making the site totally unusable as far as I am concerned.

• Page loads per second hit - limit 2. Wait a moment or two and try reloading

As soon as I try and open it.

• Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 4 seconds exceeded in …

Preventing me seeing a basic thing like Special:AllMessages

• Page loads per hour hit - limit 60

• File uploads are disabled
