Here are some of the error messages I am getting which are making editthis unusable:

:: Even though I have done no submissions for hours. Even previewing edits seems to bring up this block. This is, of course, the killer, making the site totally unusable as far as I am concerned.

* ''Page loads per second hit - limit 2. Wait a moment or two and try reloading''
:: As soon as I try and open it.

* ''Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 4 seconds exceeded in &hellip;''
:: Preventing me seeing a basic thing like Special:AllMessages

* ''Page loads per hour hit - limit 60''

* ''File uploads are disabled''
