Never heard of him? He's the former Herald of Limburg. Nobody speaks of him anymore. He caused mayhem in court, staked the Prince's bodyguard and beat up the Sherriff. He even managed to escape from the heavily guarded Elysium. A feat in which not even the dangerous, late Marquis Ragaert succeeded. Nobody knows where he is now. But you can be sure that he still lives. If he was dead, the Prince would've made sure that everybody knows about it.
