Entry Point
A bit after Omega and Rass are pulled into the other world.
History
The Rani of this world was never exiled due to her overgrown mice eating the President's cat. In fact, the Rani has become somewhat of a second hand to Omega after he assumed presidency. He still goes about mucking with people's biochemistry, and still has no morality, or real just reason for what he's doing other then the fact that his research must continue and must go on. All of his research is funded by Omega.
Of course he has people who help him, but he's always the one to oversee things since he doesn't trust anyone else to carry out what needs to be done but usually does it from Gallifrey. He's also a bit of an enforcer on this world. As much as he's a scientist, he deals in keeping the peace and carrying out orders from Omega. When there's rebellion, he's the one to squash it. Any real type of punishment goes through him.

- The Rani from this world has always been male.
- This is his seventh form.
- He is still a mad scientist and complete and utter bastard
- Omega's right hand man
- Feels like he's jury, judge and executioner
- Picked up a bad habit of smoking not only from Earth, but from other planets. He's almost always got a cigarette of somekind in his mouth
- He wears glasses and if you make fun of him, he'll slit your throat
- Despite being an enforcer, he doesn't go overboard with this duty. Everyone that's punish is found guilty in an actual fair trial
- Sleeps with Omega (Alt 7)
- Got rid of Rassilon (Alt 7) with Omega because he wouldn't sleep with the both of them
- Got the hell out of earth when it was taken over by daleks
