Basic Character Information

Seventeen years old, Ace McShane comes from Perivale on Earth. She does not yet know that she is a wolf of Fenric.

Entry Point

Between Ghost Light and The Curse of Fenric.

Physical Description

Average stature with light brown hair that is usually pulled back in a ponytail. Brown eyes. More often than not, she is dressed in near-solid black, with a black bomber jacket with pins and badges sewn on.

Personality

Horribly independent, brash, slightly immature (though her travels with the Doctor have helped with this), does not easily trust, but is fiercely loyal to those who do gain her trust.

History

Arrived on Iceworld at the age of sixteen via a freak time storm that carried her off from her home of Perivale. She is quite experienced with explosives and manufactures her own home brew, which she calls Nitro-9, though she still has problems with the timing mechanism. Ace was a misfit at school, and got chucked out for blowing up the art room before she could complete her A-levels. Does not have a good relationship with her mother. She met the Seventh Doctor (Alt 7) on Iceworld and has travelled with him ever since. This version of Ace has not yet been subject to the Doctor's manipulations and machinations, and still trusts him wholeheartedly.

Random Facts

• Harbors a semi-secret infatuation with the Seventh Doctor (Alt 7) after he got shot with a de-aging gun
• In meta, is frequently given drinks by Sarah and Ted, much to the Doctor's chagrin.
• Served as a bridesmaid at her older self's wedding to Ted.
• Also accompanied Ace and Ted on a quest for part of the Key to Time, which unfortunately had the two Aces meet up with their mother. Little Ace was rendered invisible by Ted for this encounter.
