- Real name: Jacqueline MacBrennan
- 51st century kinda gal
- Travels with Twelve and Ashland Mockton
- Worked as an 'engineer'/soldier for the Alliance (large government group of the time)
- Helped build planets, and then set up governments on them. Went 'turncoat' and started helping the planets free themselves.
- Met the Doc this way, then offered to help her find Jack Harkness
- Uses her "feminine wiles" to get information and manipulate people, when needed
- Is now in joint possession of a Chula Warship with DW!Jack, unbeknownst to her Doctor or most of the others
