Ted McShane, the Lesser Black Guardian, is a member of the Council of Eternals and the personification of mischief.

Basic Character Information
Entry Point
Just after the in-game events surrounding the Time Bubble and the Dalek overthrow of Earth. Other than that, time and space don't really matter to Ted.
Physical Description
Corporeally, Ted is a white male in his early thirties with dark hair, green eyes, and a dozen and a half tattoos. He likes going shirtless to show off the tattoos. Other than that, his manner of dress is variably sporty, stylish, and geeky.
Personality
Ted comes across as a very simple and slow man. Where Chuck washes away the knowledge of the universe with liquor, Ted prides himself on being able to almost completely ignore it - so long as he ignores a lot of other aspects of reality as well - and spends most of his time blissfully ignorant of absolutely everything.
He's fascinated by people and the way they interact with each other (and him), because he thinks that all living things are inherently mischievous, like he is.
