"There was lots of screaming and it woke me and Mommy up. She told me to wait here and went outside. I waited and she never came back. Then I went outside to look and see. I saw the Big Man, and he was breaking things. He broke houses. And there was fire, and people running around. But I didn't see Mommy. I got scared, so I came back and hid. After a long time the noises stopped, but I was too scared to go outside again. I'm waiting until Mommy comes back. Do you know where Mommy is?"

"No, I'm sorry," you answer. Something about her story doesn't make sense. How could one man cause so much damage? "How big was the Big Man?" you ask slowly.

"Really really really big," she answers.

Your skin starts to crawl. "Bigger than a house?" you ask.

"Uh huh."

Now you know exactly what happened to the village. It was a giant.

You remember your earlier resolve to punish whatever destroyed the village, but you're not so sure now. What chance do you stand against a giant?

It doesn't matter, you have to try--it could attack another village.
