Reach up and feel your antennae

Slowly wrapping your fingers around one antennae, you feel the foreign flesh pulsating in your hand. The realization hits you that you can "feel" the surrounding area with your new appendages. You can't see or feel the walls, but you "know" they are there. You can sense that strange creature that flew from the box is clinging to the wall directly outside the elevator, but you don't know whether or not to approach it. Somehow, you can sense that it is not an evil creature but you also feel that you should keep a sharp eye on it. You should think quickly before it makes another move.
What should you do?
Toss a piece of the box at it to see what happens.
Danger is my middle name.
Go back to the elevator and get the heck away from this thing.
