Barney is an all business, no-nonsense womanizer who hangs out with his friends and tries to get them to understand the wonderful world of bachelorhood. He works at "UltraCell", but no one seems to know exactly what his job entails. Incorrigable, funny, and likely never to change his ways. He's The Barnacle.
