Tripvine

A tripvine is a ground dwelling plant found in the Tropical Belts. They grow quickly and cover larges areas of ground, but are not resistant to the chemical precipitation in the area, so they are constantly dieing and replenishing themselves. These plants are a danger to people, as they are very aggressive in defending their space. Their mobile vines will latch on to objects placed nearby, such as a human leg, and yank it towards the center of the mass. While the plant does not actually attempt to eat people or animals that it catches, the center of the plant contains larger vines, and will attempt to rip the victim limb from limb.
