It is not entirely clear how Pinto's5150 managed to rise to such power on RationalWiki. He seems to have arrived in June 2007 (please convert) and mysteriously managed to lever himself into bureaucrat position.
The fact that he is not on any cabal listing made his position even stranger.
Strangely it was not one of Human's random promotions but an action by AmesG. Perhaps even stranger is the fact that he seems to have lost his god-like powers at the end of January 2008.
He has now been returned to the ranks of the gods, and his bureaucratishness is no longer in doubt.
