Tmtoulouse is one of the admins on RW.
He is also the person who gave us our current home, and is probably the most powerful person on RW, if there is any power anywhere, since he holds the seekrit password to root access.
He is much less active during his school terms, indeed he disappears almost completely and allows Human the run of the chicken coop in his absence.
