A person who hacks games, 1337 5P33|< for hacker. Hackers use programs such as Cheat Engine to hack MMORPGs, such as MapleStory and GunBound.

They usually write scripts or modify existing codes to hack into the processer for the game. They can change the codes, enabling such hacks as: Godmode- Invincibility Speed Hack- Makes you run faster than you are supposed to Fast Hack- Same as speed hack, but different code DupeX- The code to enable vac, or vacuum hacks, which pull all monsters/enemies to one spot 1XGodmode- Godmode, but it takes 1 hit to activate FAKE MISS Godmode- Instead of showing damage you take in some games, it says "MISS", but you still take the damage. 1/2 Godmode- 1/2 of Godmode, either the Attacked damage isn't done, or any other damage isn't done (Etc. falling from heights, poison)

There are issues with hacking. Some are legal, some aren't. Illegal hacks can get you up to 10 years jail + a fee, and they are server hacks. The other hacks aren't illegal, just against most game rules. Some illegal hacks are: [Money] Hack- Increases your money by however much you want [Stat] Hack- Increases your player stats by however much you want [System] Hack- Crashes entire game system on MMORPGs, causing noone to be able to play. Ususally fixed fast.

Another issue is D/C, or Disconnection. Ususally if you are just messing around with random hacks, you will get D/C'd. This means you have to log back into the game, and you usually have to start your Bypass/Cheat Program over.
