A mysterious new villain. Apparently, he is "an all-knowing being that owns some place", but he has not demonstrated either piece of information.
His first appearance, in Virtual Simulation, resulted in the kidnapping of Psychosis and resulted in a chase after the "mysterious figure".
His appearance in That Fight That Happened may demonstrate that he may become a prominent villain in the series, and might be a freelancer, as was seen with the Cloaked Figure's response.
Silhouette begins a group called "The Union of Darkness" in Clan's PBS.
