Ability Activation

It is as of yet unknown how this ability functions, although it may involve activating previously unused neural pathways in the brain leading to unknown dormant abilities. This ability has been shown to be both always passive (affecting people without the user having to make any concious decision to) and active (the user has to make a concious decision to "turn on" their ability.)
