Ability Suppression

The ability to suppress abilities permanently, or for a set amount of time.
Description
This ability works by creating a subconcious mental barrier around the part of the brain which controls the ability (the Frontal Lobe).
Limits
This ability, unlike Ability Negation probably recquires some amount of willpower and concentration to use, which may be to much for an inexpierenced user.
