Heat Inactivated Horse Serum
- Aliquot 1.5 mL of serum into 1.5 mL micro centrifuge tubes (do not have to dilute serum) .
- Label the micro centrifuge tubes w/ HI-HS on the side and top of the tubes.
- Place tubes in the box labeled HI-HS, which is found on the bottom shelf of the -20 freezer.
- If there is any serum left in the original HI-HS bottle, place in the door of the -20 freezer.
