Stock Soln 1
Mix the following ingredients:
| NaCl | 2.0 g | |
| Distilled H2O | 100 mL |
Label as "CH Stock Soln 1" and store in 4C walk-in until needed.
Stock Soln 2
Mix the following ingredients:
| KCl | 0.08 g | |
| Distilled H2O | 100 mL |
Label as "CH Stock Soln 2" and store in 4C walk-in until needed.
Stock Soln 3
Mix the following ingredients:
| CaCl2 | 0.12 g | |
| Distilled H2O | 100 mL |
Label as "CH Stock Soln 3" and store in 4C walk-in until needed.
Medium
Mix the following ingredients and distribute into media bottles:
| CH Stock Soln 1 | 5.0 mL | |
| CH Stock Soln 2 | 5.0 mL | |
| CH Stock Soln 3 | 5.0 mL | |
| Distilled H2O | 985 mL |
- Should be 1 liter total volume.
- Label the media bottles as "CH".
- Autoclave for 15 minutes at 121C.
- Store in Media cabinet.
