Hi Praveen. I agree and unfortunately, fresh prudoce can be very expensive, thus the reason so many people don't eat as well as they should. I recently was introduced to a product called Juice Plus that is actually fruits and veggies that were juiced, dehydrated then put in a capsule. I've been taking it for about a month and feel wonderful. I'll have to post some more info on it.
