Merseyland Alternative Radio is a Pirate Radio station based in the Merseyside area of the UK
MAR, as it is known locally, was set up in the late 1970's by John Dwyer, Dave Simpson and Bert Williams and mostly broadcast on the Mediumwave.
The station now broadcasts on MW, FM and the Internet. You can listen to them anytime via the website
