Why can anonymous users view the control panel? Wouldn't that lead to unwanted changes in the wiki's format? I reccomend changing the settings so that this does not happen. If only registered users could edit the control panel, then at least people who screwed up the settings could be banned.

People can't edit the control panel, they can only see it. Only the admin can edit it.
