Leroy Jennings is the mayor of the fictional southeastern Indiana town, Banjo City, and appears frequently in the cartoon series, [[Red State Banjo]]. He is voiced by [[Asher Wycoff]] and is usually in charge of his town, though in [[Strings Attached]], [[Orville Smith]] somehow overthrew his regime. Mayor Jennings has been used as a scapegoat when the icy roads made it impossible to get around, and again when the "L" train project didn't work out. Leroy is the father of [[Charles Jennings]] and the husband of [[Cheryl Jennings]]. He employs [[Tom MacKnox]] and [[Bob Spatel]] and once employed [[Billy Williams]] in [[The Obnoxious Family]].
