Leroy Jennings

Leroy Jennings is the mayor of the fictional southeastern Indiana town, Banjo City, and appears frequently in the cartoon series, Red State Banjo. He is voiced by Asher Wycoff and is usually in charge of his town, though in Strings Attached, Orville Smith somehow overthrew his regime. Mayor Jennings has been used as a scapegoat when the icy roads made it impossible to get around, and again when the "L" train project didn't work out. Leroy is the father of Charles Jennings and the husband of Cheryl Jennings. He employs Tom MacKnox and Bob Spatel and once employed Billy Williams in The Obnoxious Family.
