YOU are one. Pressumably. The Humans here in the Archipelago are not too different.
Humans make up most of the population on the isles, and govern the territories of Sejoll, Audvera, and Regintine.
[edit] Bird Folk
The bird folk, of the wild races, look the most like humans. Their appearance is quite diverse, depending on which bird they take after.
Oh, did I mention they have large wings protruding from their back, and can thus fly? Yeah.
Bird Folk inhabit the realm of Ceythea, along with the Scale Folk.
[edit] Beast Folk
The beast folk inhabit the neutral land of Aerigis.
They're rugged folk, looking mostly like humans .. except they have the lower bodies of horses. The Beast Folk, also called centaur, are masters of fighting across the open plains. They're also willing and able mercenaries, if they pay is right.
[edit] Scale Folk
The scale folk live with the bird folk in the land of Ceythea. The two races get along quite well, but the scale folk are as creepy as the bird folk are beautiful. The scale folk look much like humans, but they have golden reptilian eyes, sharp nails, are very pale, and have long scaly tales.
