Equipment
From Pabblecard
Revision as of 13:06, 10 September 2006
Below here is the list of equipment for the simplified version of simplified two player Pabblecard. There are many differences between the different versions of Pabble, notably the original version had many many more cards. In the original version there were over 300 cards that had to be destroyed as soon as they were drawn. This number has been reduced with newer versions as most people got tired of it.

1 abacus
The abacus has 6 rows (in 2 player games): three rows for both players, each having 12 counters on them. In notation the row is described as the number of counters on the left. Each player has an Alignment Row – counters to the left are classed as positive and good. A Row of Uniformity with left counters classed as uniform and right ones are called chaotic. The last row is the player’s Personal Row, which initially serves no purpose. It is of magnetic design to ensure beads are either to the right or the left.
9 holograms
The holograms are tokens capable of chromatic shift. Generally any light combinations the colours red, blue and green.
1 randomiser
The randomiser is a complex Lusea particle diffuser. Due to a lack of direction, the randomiser absorbs excess mind energy, in attempt to gain direction, and reconstitutes the object entered into it into another object of no particular significance, but of complex inanimate form.
3020 biscuits
The biscuits serve no gaming purpose, but enable the players to survive across the days the game is played. The biscuits are of special design to contain all sufficient vitamins, minerals and energy the players need.
20 000 litres of water
