General Stuff: Starley is most widely known for her sharp tongue, biting humor, ability to turn a phrase and her unusually styled Snarky Reports. If one would like to peruse her Snarky Reports generally they have but to ask around as her readership is widespread, or simply get in contact with her. While she mainly Harps or Snarks for Phoenix she does often harp outside her own domain as well and thus far has not seemed afraid to take on some of the bigger names out there when they deserve it.
Starley is a doctor with a great deal of knowledge she sees many different patients, especially the supernaturally inclined on a regular basis. It is even rumored she has patients who are mages. She has also become Phoenix's go to girl for autopsies and forensic medicine especially dealing with the supernatural.
Recently she has caused a bit of a social stir with her monthly "Poker Night". Invitations are fast becoming an enviable symbol of status amongst many Kindred both in and out of Phoenix. Regulars are rumored to consist of Princes, Harpies, and covenant movers, shakers and legends. The stakes are rumored to be large and often made up of things rather than typical fair such as money.

Outside of Phoenix it is rumored she is friendly with a good number of the Savages, specifically Johannes Savage, Salvatore Savage, Sir Charles Savage, Slava Savage and Lady Evelyn Savage. Aside from Phoenix and the Savages, she associates with a large network of friends and allies across the world coming from all manner of social class, clan and covenants.

She has several friends within the covenant of high standing but rumors place her at odds with two Dragons of higher standing in the covenant within Phoenix, though she seems to enjoy the company of the other local dragons in her area.

Starley has also recently been linked to a one Devyn Cassio (those of sufficient rank, and knowledge) may recognize Devyn as being a Moroi, others would perhaps mistake her for a Nosferatu. It is said Devyn has been assigned to protect Starley as a bodyguard. It is not the first time Starley has been followed by those of similar appearance, but the first time one has actively admitted being assigned to her in a permanent fashion.

Starley has been romantically tied to many men. Reports of torrid love affairs with many influential kindred, especially those of Phoenix are reported.
If one wishes to take Starley out they must ask for permission from her family, specifically Dr. Gomorrah of the Invictus who is rumored to be very fond of Starley himself. This is perhaps made even more clear by the fact that Starley often refers to Dr. Gomorrah as Isaiah, instead of Isaac or more formally Dr. Gomorrah.
