From Ordo Dracul

Nestled in the middle of the state, Harrisburg is one of those capital cities that remains remarkably unknown. It is a lush and full feeding ground for Kindred. The sorrounding boroughs and townships create a metropolitan area that sprawls for almost ten miles in all directions.

The cities Kindred history is filled with periods of peace and periods of chaos that seem starkly delineated. Shortly after its founding it was ruled by the Invictus and the Lancea Sanctum. The 1960's saw a Carthian Revolution sweeping up on the heels of the Civil Rights Movement.

Recently, the Carthian style of government has been dissolved as the Ordo Dracul placed an authoritarian power in control of the city.

Harrisburg is a Dragon city with more than 50% of the population being a part of the Ordo Dracul.
