Notes:

Frank is an interesting case among Gangrel, for he claims to have been sired by a Mekhet.

However, he has been observed developing all three Gangrel disciplines without a teacher.

History: (the incomplete, and easily knowable version)

During the 1950's, Frank met a few Nomads in New Mexico.

During the 1970's, Frank met travelled with some Nomadic Gangrel, and went to several Gathers.

During the 1980's, Frank joined the Ordo Dracul.

In Feburary 2006, Frank made his way to Stillwater, Oklahoma and lives there now.
