Notes:

Though a Gangrel, Frank claims to have been sired by a Mekhet from the Ordo Dracul, who goes by the name "Captain Zodiac!". He says his sire has a rare gift, to sire into clans besides his own.

However, he has been observed developing all three Gangrel disciplines without a teacher.

During the 1950's, Frank met some Nomads in New Mexico.

During the 1970's, Frank met travelled with some Nomadic Gangrel across the country, and went to several Gathers.

During the 1980's, Frank joined the Ordo Dracul.

In Feburary 2006, Frank made his way to Stillwater, Oklahoma and lives there now.

Rumors:

Frank is an experiment of his sire's, to whether clan disciplines can be developed by ones who truly believe them to be that clan.

Frank only believes his sire to be "Captain Zodiac!". Because only Dracula could sire into other clans, his sire must instead be Dracula. Some take this another step and say that "Captain Zodiac!" is Dracula.
