  • recommendations based on observations
    • improvements to process
    • decision of whether to continue (same/with changes/shut down)
  • use info from Q1
  • making it progress to better outcomes.
  • alternative solutions may be researched to provide examples.

  • bring it to individual level, not mentioned in case study, but we have word limit allowing this.
